CIMS (Case Information Management System) is a client/server platform that deals with the scanning, viewing, and auditing of case or client information.  This service is offered to our clients as a hosted solution.  By hosting this service we eliminate the need for our clients to invest in IT capital that would be better served somewhere else.

By hosting this service our clients do not have to worry with IT experts in house to maintain servers, data, connectivity, and disaster recovery issues.  Hosting also gives our clients the ability to access information from any remote location. 

We understand that information can be one of the most important assets a company or organization has.  To ensure the protection of this information we have implemented encryption routines that meet and/or exceed standard in accordance with the current U.S. Department of Comemerce - National Institue of Standard and Technology.  All data is stored and transmitted while encrypted.  Only authorized users can decrypt and access information.

For our clients that still require additional security measures we do offer a Biometric option for authentication.  This option is used in conjunction with the normal User ID and Password chanllenge.  Biometric information is stored and can be reteived for unauthorized access attempts.
