The Back Office Software System (BOSS) was created as a hosted management tool using the latest advancement in technology to provide more secure and efficient way to access data and manage important company information. BOSS was created by adding functionality using a modular approach. This allows our customers to pick and choose from a suite of products that fit their individual needs. However, some modules have capabilities built in that are dependant on other modules.

Current Modules Include:
- Safety Device Manager - Allows our customers to track and report specific equipment such as SCSRs and Gas detectors for compliance purposes.
- Lab Analysis Manager - Allows our customers to quickly access and lab report real time, from any location. By providing certain indexing capabilities users can create charts and/or reports to help with trend analysis, forecasting, and other historical data analysis.
- Violations Manager - Allows our customers to manage violations and/or citations that are written by monitoring agencies. This module provides the ability to quickly search for specific cases and violations. Messaging is also included to allow for collaboration of specific parties to help with case judication and/or dismissal.
- Accident/Certification Manager - Allows our customers to track employee accidents and/or injuries as well as current certifications.
- Contract Manager - Allows our customers to track and manage product contracts. This includes but not limited to contract requirements, compliance, and verification.
Also avialable is the "Dashboard" management tool. This tool collects data from existing modules and provides real-time analysis information. Certain features in "Dashboard" are dependent on the modules purchased. |
